Question 1

What is CRYMBO?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO is the core banking and orchestration layer that lets licensed institutions launch compliant digital asset services through one integration, white-label under their own license. That one integration connects the institution to custody, liquidity, banking rails, payments, identity, monitoring and more. CRYMBO is technology only: it never holds client funds or keys.

Question 2

What does "Decentralized Core Financial Infrastructure for the On-Chain Economy" mean?

Accepted Answer

It means CRYMBO provides the core systems an institution needs to run digital asset services, in the way a core banking system supports accounts and payments. Identity, compliance and settlement run together inside each transaction, before it executes. The institution runs the service under its own brand and license.

Question 3

Who is CRYMBO for?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO is built for banks, EMIs, PSPs and fintechs, VASPs and CASPs (licensed crypto service providers), OTC desks and brokers, exchanges, RWA platforms (tokenized real-world assets) and corporates. Most are licensed businesses, or have a license in progress, that need to run digital assets for their clients and do not want to build the stack. Everyone starts with one use case and expands from there.

Question 4

What can institutions run on CRYMBO today?

Accepted Answer

Four use cases are live today: private-to-public blockchain connectivity, blockchain payment operations, cross-border remittance, and fiat-to-digital asset orchestration. In remittance, money comes in as fiat, moves as a stablecoin in the middle and goes out as fiat. In fiat-to-digital asset orchestration, the on-ramp and the off-ramp run as one flow.

Question 5

Is CRYMBO a bank, exchange or custodian?

Accepted Answer

No. CRYMBO is a technology provider and never holds client funds or keys. The institution stays the regulated entity, under its own brand and license, and custody stays with the custody provider the institution chooses.

Question 6

Is CRYMBO live?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Over $2 billion in transaction volume has been processed on the CRYMBO Platform, which has 350+ production-ready features and 75+ integrated providers. CRYMBO serves clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. In September 2026, BitCore Capital, a company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange, chose CRYMBO.

Question 7

Why buy CRYMBO instead of building in-house?

Accepted Answer

Building in-house typically means 5 to 8 provider relationships and 12 to 24 months before launch. With CRYMBO, one integration connects you to 75+ integrated providers, and institutions go live in days. Your team spends its time on clients and products instead of infrastructure.

Question 8

How is CRYMBO different from single-product tools and hosted platforms?

Accepted Answer

Single products cover one piece, such as custody, compliance or wallets, so the institution still has to connect everything else itself. Hosted platforms run the institution's clients on the platform provider's own stack. CRYMBO provides the complete infrastructure, deployed under the institution's own brand and license and under its control.

Question 9

Where is CRYMBO based and who leads it?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO is based in London and serves clients across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, the Americas and Asia-Pacific. Founder and CEO Eyal Daskal has 15 years in banking and investment, and his previous company traded with some of the biggest banks in the world. CTO Oren Havshush has more than 20 years in software and blockchain architecture.

Question 10

Who is on CRYMBO's board and advisory team?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO's board and advisors are Vikram Pandit (former CEO, Citigroup), Mark Shifke (CFO, Digital Currency Group), Avishai Shachar (Davis Polk, 30+ years), Shay Michel (Managing Partner, Merlin Ventures), Shauli Rejwan (Managing Partner, Masterkey VC) and Oded Salomy (formerly Visa). Together they bring experience across global banking, digital assets, law, venture capital and payments.

Question 11

Has CRYMBO won any awards?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO was named Solution Provider of the Year at the Hedgeweek Global Digital Assets Awards 2025. It won the UATech Finnovation Day pitch competition at Money20/20 Europe in Amsterdam, June 2026. It was also a Global Fast Track 2026 semi-finalist at Hong Kong FinTech Week.

Question 12

How does CRYMBO work?

Accepted Answer

The institution connects to CRYMBO once, and CRYMBO orchestrates the providers behind that connection. The institution's team runs the business from one admin console, and its clients use a white-label app under the institution's brand. Every transaction passes its identity and compliance checks before it executes.

Question 13

What are CRYMBO's seven engines?

Accepted Answer

The CRYMBO Platform runs on seven engines: Identity Oracle, NodeMonitor, Global Ledger, Auto Sweeping, Smart Routing, Flow Automation and Quote Gateway. Identity Oracle verifies identity inside every workflow, NodeMonitor watches blockchain activity in real time, and Global Ledger keeps one ledger across crypto and fiat. Auto Sweeping moves balances by rule, Smart Routing chooses the route across providers, Flow Automation runs compliance and operations workflows, and Quote Gateway gathers quotes from liquidity providers for best execution. Together they run identity, compliance and settlement as one flow.

Question 14

What is the Identity Oracle?

Accepted Answer

The Identity Oracle is the engine that checks identity, KYC and KYB status for a transaction before it executes. Each result is recorded as an encrypted proof that the check passed. If the check fails, the transaction does not go through.

Question 15

What is NodeMonitor?

Accepted Answer

NodeMonitor is the engine that watches every block and transaction on the blockchains an institution uses, in real time. It gives operations and compliance teams a live view of what has arrived and what needs attention.

Question 16

What does the institution's team use every day?

Accepted Answer

The team uses one institutional operating layer, the admin console. It covers accounts and wallets, compliance controls, treasury and liquidity, and provider orchestration in one place.

Question 17

What do our clients see?

Accepted Answer

Your clients see your brand, not CRYMBO's. The white-label client experience covers accounts and wallets, deposits and withdrawals, payments and transfers, and balances and history.

Question 18

How does CRYMBO use AI?

Accepted Answer

An AI agent captures each institution's business model, regulation and risk controls, and configures its operating flow. AI agents then monitor risk, routing and cost on an ongoing basis. The institution stays in control of every decision.

Question 19

How does a cross-border payment run on CRYMBO?

Accepted Answer

The sender pays in fiat, the value moves as a stablecoin in the middle, and the recipient is paid out in fiat. CRYMBO runs the on-ramp, the transfer and the off-ramp as one flow. Compliance checks run before the transaction executes.

Question 20

When does CRYMBO apply compliance checks?

Accepted Answer

Inside every workflow. Identity, KYC, KYB, KYT (transaction risk monitoring), Travel Rule and sanctions checks are steps inside each workflow, configured around the regulation of the markets the institution operates in, and every result is recorded on the ledger.

Question 21

Does CRYMBO hold client funds or private keys?

Accepted Answer

No. CRYMBO never holds client funds or keys. Custody stays with the custody provider the institution chooses, such as Fireblocks or BitGo, under the institution's own provider account.

Question 22

Who is the regulated entity when we use CRYMBO?

Accepted Answer

Your institution. You stay the regulated entity and run the service under your own brand and license. CRYMBO provides the technology.

Question 23

What certifications and registrations does CRYMBO hold?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO is ISO 27001 certified, the international standard for information security. It holds FINMA SRO membership (a Swiss self-regulatory body) and FINTRAC MSB registration (Canadian money services business). The platform is MiCA aligned and supports the FATF Travel Rule.

Question 24

Is CRYMBO aligned with MiCA?

Accepted Answer

Question 25

Does CRYMBO support the Travel Rule?

Accepted Answer

Yes. CRYMBO supports the FATF Travel Rule, which requires sender and recipient details to travel with a transfer. The check runs together with identity and sanctions screening before the transaction executes.

Question 26

How does CRYMBO handle KYC, KYB and KYT?

Accepted Answer

KYC (customer checks), KYB (business checks) and KYT (transaction risk monitoring) run through identity and monitoring providers integrated on the platform. The institution sets the rules in the compliance controls of the admin console. CRYMBO enforces those rules before each transaction executes.

Question 27

How does CRYMBO handle sanctions screening?

Accepted Answer

Sanctions screening runs before each transaction executes, together with identity and Travel Rule checks. A transaction that fails screening is stopped before any funds move.

Question 28

Can our compliance team set its own rules?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Your team sets compliance controls in the admin console, and an AI agent configures the operating flow around your regulation and risk controls. The institution stays in control of every rule.

Question 29

How does CRYMBO keep the platform secure?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO is ISO 27001 certified, the international standard for information security management. It never holds client funds or keys, and compliance is built into every workflow. Your team controls compliance settings and provider choices from the admin console.

Question 30

How long does it take to go live?

Accepted Answer

Institutions can go live in days. The exact timeline depends on the use case you start with and the scope, and we agree it with you before anything is signed. The fastest way to find out: fill in the deployment checklist and within 48 hours you get a recommended flow, free, then a quote.

Question 31

What does onboarding look like?

Accepted Answer

It starts with a discovery call about your use case, license and goals. An AI agent then captures your business model, regulation and risk controls and configures your operating flow, and your team connects through one integration and tests it. After compliance settings are confirmed, you go live under your own brand.

Question 32

Can we start with one use case?

Accepted Answer

Yes, and that is how every client starts. You launch one use case, such as payments or remittance, and add more on the same integration as you grow.

Question 33

Does CRYMBO replace our core banking system?

Accepted Answer

No. CRYMBO adds digital asset services alongside the systems you already run. Your existing accounts and fiat operations stay where they are.

Question 34

Do we need our own license?

Accepted Answer

CRYMBO works with licensed institutions and with businesses whose license is in progress. You stay the regulated entity and run the service under your own license.

Question 35

How is CRYMBO priced?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is scoped to each institution, based on the use case you start with, the features you switch on and the volume you expect. CRYMBO is a technology provider, so you keep your own provider accounts and set your own pricing for your clients. The team shares a proposal after the discovery call.

Question 36

What support do we get?

Accepted Answer

The CRYMBO team works with you from the discovery call through go-live and after launch. Your team has a direct line to CRYMBO throughout.

Question 37

Question 40

Does CRYMBO compete with Fireblocks, Chainalysis or Sumsub?

Accepted Answer

Question 41

We already use Fireblocks and Chainalysis. Why do we need CRYMBO?

Accepted Answer

You keep them. CRYMBO connects them with the rest of what a digital asset service needs, such as banking rails, payments and liquidity, behind one integration. Compliance is then enforced before each transaction executes, and your team runs everything from one admin console.

Question 42

Can we keep our existing provider accounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The institution keeps its own provider accounts and contracts. CRYMBO orchestrates those providers for you.

Question 43
