A company listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange has chosen CRYMBO as the infrastructure for its digital asset services. BitCore Capital (TASE: BITC) announced this week that it will offer buying, selling and conversion between fiat and digital assets to its customers under its own brand, running on the CRYMBO platform, with a target of initial operation within 90 days of the conditions for implementation being met. Under the agreement, CRYMBO serves as the central technology layer, giving BitCore a broad, modular, AI-based infrastructure to launch, manage and expand financial services under its own brand in a single operating environment. BitCore Capital announces it will begin operating digital asset financial services for its customers within about three months

BitCore Capital has signed an agreement with CRYMBO Technologies to establish a core financial system under the company's brand. In the first phase, the company plans to offer buying, selling and conversion between fiat currencies and digital assets, and between different digital assets.

BitCore Capital reports today the signing of a cooperation agreement with CRYMBO Technologies Ltd for the provision, adaptation and implementation of a core financial system on a white-label model, which will operate under the BitCore brand and support the company's planned activity in financial services and digital assets.

The central significance of the agreement is the setting of an operational target for the transition to initial operation of services for customers. In the first phase, BitCore Capital intends to use the system to operate buying, selling and conversion services between fiat currencies and digital assets, and between different digital assets. The parties' target is to make this phase available for initial use within a period of up to 90 days from the date on which the conditions required to begin implementation are met. Meeting the target is subject, among other things, to completion of the specification and adaptations and to receipt of the required access and approvals from external service providers.

The system is based on the CRYMBO platform and is expected to connect BitCore Capital to a range of infrastructure and service providers in the fields of trading, custody, liquidity, payments and regulatory compliance. Rather than independently developing all of the required core systems, the engagement allows BitCore Capital to build on existing technological infrastructure and adapt it to its needs and its brand.

The system is expected to include branded customer interfaces and mobile applications, tools for managing accounts, balances and operations in fiat currencies and digital assets, alongside identification, compliance and reporting processes. A central integration layer is designed to enable connection to providers selected by BitCore Capital in the fields of banking, payments, identification and compliance, trading, liquidity, custody and blockchain infrastructure. The move constitutes a further stage in BitCore Capital's plan to build integrated infrastructure for financial services in the digital asset era. The company's activity is planned to develop gradually and in accordance with the relevant regulatory frameworks and approvals.

"This agreement marks for BitCore Capital a significant transition from the phase of building infrastructure toward the actual operation of financial services for customers. The target we have set together with CRYMBO Technologies is to reach initial operation within up to 90 days from the date on which the conditions required to begin implementation are met. For us this is a central step in realising BitCore Capital's strategy: to build financial infrastructure that connects the traditional financial system with the world of digital assets, with an emphasis on compliance, corporate governance and connection to professional, licensed service providers. Choosing existing, modular infrastructure allows us to shorten the setup process significantly and to focus on creating a reliable, accessible and scalable system for our customers." Yohanan Danino, Chairman, BitCore Capital

What this means for institutions

"BitCore's choice of CRYMBO is a vote of confidence in our ability to lead large-scale institutional projects and to deliver the infrastructure layer that connects the traditional financial world with the world of blockchain. We built CRYMBO so that financial institutions can launch and run complex operations quickly, while keeping full control of the product, the customers and the providers." Eyal Daskal, CEO and Founder, CRYMBO

BitCore Capital did not build a core system for digital assets. It connected to one that already exists and put its own name on it. That is the decision every licensed institution entering digital assets now faces: wire 5 to 8 provider relationships yourself, each with its own API, onboarding and failure modes, and spend 12 to 24 months reaching a working product, or integrate once with CRYMBO and configure the stack you need.

CRYMBO connects an institution to more than 60 providers across custody, liquidity, banking rails, payments, identity and compliance through a single integration, under the institution's own license and brand, with compliance enforced before a transaction executes rather than reconciled afterwards. CRYMBO never holds customer funds and never holds private keys. More than USD 1.5 billion has been settled through the platform, which is certified to ISO 27001. Institutions go live in weeks.
