CRYMBO Embeds Sumsub Inside Its Digital-Asset Infrastructure: One Connection, Compliance Already in the Rails

Institutions building on CRYMBO reach Sumsub's KYC, KYB, AML and Travel Rule capabilities already embedded across the customer and transaction lifecycle and operated as one flow under their own brand and license. The formal strategic partnership follows several years of Sumsub running live on the CRYMBO platform.

London, 6 October 2026. CRYMBO, the Decentralized Core Financial Infrastructure for the On-Chain Economy, today announced a partnership with Sumsub, the AI-Powered Trust Infrastructure for compliance operations at scale. Through the partnership, financial institutions building digital-asset, payments and stablecoin products on CRYMBO access Sumsub's compliance capabilities through one orchestrated, production-ready infrastructure, embedded at the right points from onboarding and wallet screening to execution, settlement and ongoing monitoring.

CRYMBO and Sumsub partnership. Compliance, built into the rails: KYC, KYB, AML and the Travel Rule, native inside the CRYMBO platform.

What CRYMBO does

CRYMBO is the orchestration and core-banking layer that lets a licensed institution run compliant digital-asset operations through a single integration. Rather than connecting providers one by one, CRYMBO's technology makes them work together as one coordinated financial infrastructure: it selects and integrates the providers each use case needs, connects them in one end-to-end workflow so data and actions flow correctly between systems, applies compliance controls at the right stage of the customer and transaction lifecycle, adapts the workflow to each client's regulatory, operational and commercial requirements, and operates the infrastructure after launch. The platform connects 75+ providers across more than a dozen segments and all major blockchains, with over $1.5 billion processed.

Why through CRYMBO

An institution integrating a verification provider directly still has to design the workflow, build and maintain the integration, connect it to other systems, decide when each check should run, handle the results and coordinate the process over time. On CRYMBO, Sumsub's capabilities arrive already placed inside a complete workflow. The institution gets a leading provider in the infrastructure from day one, a correctly designed and orchestrated flow, one integration instead of several development projects, lower development cost and less demand on internal resources, and a faster and more reliable path to production that can be expanded or reconfigured without rebuilding the product.

The whole flow runs white-label, and each institution configures screens, steps and required checks for its own jurisdiction, license and risk appetite. CRYMBO holds no financial license of its own, does not touch client funds and does not hold keys: the institution remains the regulated entity and the counterparty of record throughout.

Why it matters for the institution

The result is shorter procurement and faster go-to-market: one agreement with CRYMBO instead of a separate vendor selection, contract and integration, materially less compliance and operational work for internal teams, and institutional-grade verification for smaller institutions at volumes they could not have contracted for directly.

"A solid portion of our clients at CRYMBO have been using SumSub for their KYC and KYB needs. Whether it's a payment provider, an OTC bank or any financial institution with exposure to digital assets. As we progress towards streamlining the commercial process for our clients, being able to package solutions like SumSub, in an all-inclusive suite, made both the commercial and onboarding stages faster and more straightforward. CRYMBO is hard at work at expanding this partnership and serving our mutual clients." Amal Alaskarov, Head of Sales, CRYMBO
"Stablecoin settlement doesn't leave room for compliance gaps between onboarding and the transaction itself. Being embedded across CRYMBO's flow — from verifying who a customer is to screening the transfer to exchanging Travel Rule data with the counterparty — means institutions get that covered as one system, not a set of checks they have to stitch together themselves." — Ilya Brovin, Chief Growth Officer, Sumsub

The integration is available to every institution on the CRYMBO platform today, covering identity verification (document verification, liveness, proof of address and AML screening at onboarding), business verification (registry checks, ownership and corporate AML), ongoing AML and sanctions monitoring, and Travel Rule exchange for VASP-to-VASP transfers. Alongside compliance, institutions on CRYMBO run digital asset trading, stablecoin settlement, multi-provider on and off ramp, wallet management, cross-chain liquidity and automated treasury from the same integration.
